In a Comfort Apartment in The David you are assured of a lovely two-room apartment of between 53 and 74 m². The apartments are equipped with a modern open kitchen from Bribus, you have the choice between a corner kitchen or a straight kitchen. With the integrated Siemens equipment you are fully equipped to try that one fun new recipe to impress your friends! You have access to an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, multifunctional oven with microwave and fridge / freezer. The bathroom has a refreshing shower and a sink. The apartments vary in exact layout and in orientation and size of the outdoor space. All apartments have a balcony of at least 3 m² and a maximum of 10 m².

Your hands are probably itching to get started with a tape measure and create a mood board on Pinterest! The impressions below give you an idea of what the house can look like after you have completely decorated and furnished it. The houses will be delivered with white painted stucco on the walls in the living room, hall and bedroom. The ceiling is provided with white spraying. The bathroom has black speckled Mosa floor tiles and the walls are tiled to the ceiling with white Mosa wall tiles. The wall in the toilet is partly tiled and white spraying has been applied above it. Do you dream of “vintage green” on the wall or a botanical wallpaper? Feel free to change the colours of the walls to your liking, but keep in mind that you must return the house to its original state when you leave.
